How can I fix or center a background image?

Click "text"..."edit text styles"

Select "body" (NB depending on whether you want to affect this site only, or all sites based on this sitestyle you can select "body" with a scope of site or sitestyle) then click "edit".

At this point you can also click "new" and create a definition of "body" for this page only.

Click the "background" tab. Set an image, and set attachment - fixed, repeat - none. The horizontal and vertical position can be set with a percentage value or defined as centre ( equivalent to 50%).
